Website delivery and security
When you request a page, technical connection data—most notably your IP address and request information—may be processed to deliver the website, maintain availability, and prevent abuse.
The legal basis is Havanna Directive’s legitimate interest in operating and securing its public website. GitHub Pages hosts the site and processes ordinary hosting logs for these purposes.
Fonts and third-party requests
This website requests DM Mono and Manrope font files from Google Fonts. Google consequently receives ordinary connection information, including the requesting IP address, when those files are downloaded.
The legal basis is the legitimate interest in presenting a consistent, readable website. You can prevent this request through browser or network-level content blocking; the site remains readable using fallback fonts.
Contacting the studio
If you email us, we process your email address, message, attachments, and related correspondence to answer you and manage the resulting business relationship.
The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract, performing a contract, complying with legal duties, or our legitimate interest in handling ordinary business communications, depending on the context.
Service providers and transfers
GitHub Pages provides hosting. Google provides the externally loaded fonts.
These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. They are responsible for using the transfer mechanisms and safeguards applicable to their processing; current details are available in their linked privacy documentation.
Retention
Havanna Directive does not receive or maintain GitHub’s or Google’s raw website-delivery logs. Those providers retain their own service data under their policies.
Studio correspondence is kept only while needed for the inquiry, business relationship, dispute handling, or a legal retention obligation, and is then deleted or archived with access restricted.
Your rights
Subject to the GDPR’s conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
Send requests to info@havannadirective.com. You may also complain to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information or your local supervisory authority.
Cookies and external links
Havanna Directive’s current public-site code does not set advertising, analytics, or preference cookies. No cookie-consent banner is therefore shown. This notice will be updated before adding optional tracking technologies.
Steam, LinkedIn, Linktree, and other external destinations receive connection data only after you follow their links and are governed by their own privacy notices.
Online Records
The Skyscraper Security: Zombie Rain public records pages request public counter, leaderboard, and achievement data from a Cloudflare-hosted service.
Game telemetry is optional and is described separately in the Online Records Privacy Notice, which takes priority for that feature.
