Havanna Directive Kft. (registered office: 1181 Budapest, Havanna utca 14. 7th floor 21., Hungary) controls the gameplay records described here. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to info@havannadirective.com.

What the game sends

Death reports contain a random event ID, Normal or Hard difficulty, game build version, and UTC event time.

Leaderboard reports also contain the public callsign you choose, a random installation ID, difficulty, completed-run statistics, outcome, and completion time. Achievement reports contain the same installation ID, an allowlisted achievement ID, build version, and unlock time. The service does not require an email address, store account, platform account, real name, or hardware identifier.

Why it is used

These records power the worldwide defender-death counter, account-free leaderboards, and public defender achievements. Processing is based on your consent when you enable Online Records. You can withdraw that consent at any time in the main-menu settings.

Ordinary website and service-security connection data is processed for the legitimate interests of delivering, securing, and maintaining the public records service.

When it is off

The game sends no new death, leaderboard, or achievement reports. It clears unsent online-record queues and removes the random installation identity stored by the game. Public worldwide totals and leaderboards remain viewable because reading them does not publish game or identity data. Local settings, progression, and achievements remain available.

Service providers

Cloudflare provides the API, database, network delivery, rate limiting, and abuse protection. Cloudflare necessarily processes connection information such as an IP address while serving a request. Havanna Directive does not write IP addresses to the gameplay database.

GitHub Pages hosts this public website and may process ordinary web-server connection data when the page is requested.

Google Fonts serves the typefaces used by the public records page and receives ordinary connection data when those font files are requested.

Retention

Individual death-event records are retained while needed for duplicate detection, service integrity, and abuse investigation. Leaderboard personal-best and achievement records are retained for as long as the public leaderboard and its historical seasons remain available. Records may be removed earlier on a valid request. Aggregated death totals may be retained after individual event identifiers are deleted.

Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a portable copy of personal data associated with your callsign and public tag. You may also object to processing or withdraw consent. Contact us using the address above. Because there is no account login, we may need the public tag or locally held installation identifier to locate the correct record.

You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information or your local supervisory authority.

Website storage

The Skyscraper Security: Zombie Rain records pages do not set advertising or analytics cookies. They request public counter and leaderboard data from the same Cloudflare service described above.
